DEODORIZATION OF TOWN GARBAGE PIT

PURPOSE:To deodorize effectively a large quantity of air in garbage pit by producing sodium hypochlorite in the incineration stage of twon garbage and contacting a bad smell with sodium hypochlorite. CONSTITUTION:Town garbage is stored in garbage pit 1, and then incinerated in an incinerator 4. Hydrogen chloride gas present in the exhaust gas from the incinerator is removed in a smoke washing tower 8. In such incineration stage of the city garbage, dust 12 is removed from an aqueous solution of sodium chloride produced in the smoke washing tower 8. The aqueous solution of sodium chloride after the removal of the dust is subjected to electrolysis to produce sodium hopochlorite which is contacted with a bad smell from the garbage pit 1.
