PURPOSE:To obtain the parts for non-oiling watch having a superior lubricating property, by forming boron layer on the surface of watch parts by ion plating method and then, forming boron nitride layer on the above layer in N2 gas atmosphere by reactive ion plating method. CONSTITUTION:0.5mu boron layer is formed on the surface of watch parts necessary to have lubricating property by ion plating method and next, 1.5mu boron nitride layer is formed on the above layer in N2 gas atmosphere by reactive ion plating method. Boron compounds are able to use for the above mentioned first layer and also, mixture of boron nitride and alloy compound etc., is able to use for the second layer and these are combined according to applied parts. By the above method, lubricating capacity having superior long life, unable to obtain by usual solid lubrication, is given and watch parts able to manufacture non-oiling watch, is obtained. The above product is able to apply for the part needing lubricating property other than the watch. |
