PURPOSE:To obtain a B-class push-pull output circuit which is suited to the monolithic semiconductor integrated circuit by forming the prescribed bias circuit. CONSTITUTION:The bias circuit, comprising transistor TRQ21, diode-connected TRQ23 and Q24 plus resistances R11 and R12, is installed at the input part via the base resistances of driver TRQ17 and Q19. In such constitution, the voltage drop due to the fluctuation component of the current amplification factor of TRQ17 and Q19 plus the voltage fluctuation between the base end the emitter of TRQ17 and Q19 caused by the fluctuation of the current amplification factor of output TRQ18 and Q20 are compensated by resistance R12. Thus the bias boltage of the output step can be stabilized. And the resistance value of R12 is small, and accordingly the occupied area can be reduced greatly for the monolithic IC. |
