PURPOSE:To prevent pollution by ink drips on the surfaces of a rotary electrode without lowering the efficiency of charge and detecting functions, by electrically covering a notch portion of the rotary electrode when the notch portion is set at a location of the fixed terminal electrode. CONSTITUTION:A fixed terminal electrode 12 is bonded and fixed to one portion of an inner surface of a holder, to which a notch is mounted, in an insulating material in a long shape in the axial direction, and a rotary electrode 13 is set to a revolution slide-possible shape. When printing, the deterioration of the efficiency of charge and detecting functions is prevented by contacting the fixed, terminal electrode 12 with a notch portion of the rotary electrode 13 so that a hollow, cylindrical electrode, which substantially has no notch portion, be formed. When starting the injection of ink-drops, pollution on the surfaces of the electrodes due to the drip of the ink-drops can be obviated by conforming the notch portion of the holder and the notch portion of the electrode 13. |
