PURPOSE:To operate a switching device to open or close without load loss and reduce the size of the device by forming a rotary member making contact with the contact piece of the switch by conductor and non-conductor. CONSTITUTION:A second wheel 7 provided with a second hand 1 is supported by a central pipe 11 of insulating material and a ruby bearing 12, and rotated through a third gear 14 of insulating material and the teeth 7b of the second wheel in the state insulated from a basic metal 13 and a retainer plate 4. The teeth 7c of the second wheel forming a nonconductor of insulating material at its half provided at the wheel 7 and a conductor at the other half provided thereat is engaged in mesh with fifth teeth 15 forming a conductor with the plate 4 of the conductor material. Accordingly, every time the second wheel 7 is rotated at one revolution to elapse one minute, the switch device is operated through the switch contact piece of the spring plate 10 making contact with the wheel 7 without load loss using no operating member to thereby reduce the switch device. |
