<p>The high bar for gymnastic exercises has a pair of upright posts anchored at their lower ends to the floor surface. The bar is fitted with connecting elements at its ends, a lower sockets receiving the upper ends of the posts. A horizontal pipe section has a bore to hold the ends of the bar. The bar provides a degree of flexibility in every direction, and accommodates turnover movements of the user when strong forces are transmitted to the bar.</p> |
