A cylindrical plug formed with a passage is rotatable in a sleeve provided with pipe outlets for connecting the outlets. To facilitate insertion of the plug into the sleeve, a passage in the bottom of the plug can be connected to the atmosphere to allow entrapped air to escape. Pref. the passage is a groove which can register with a hole in the sleeve. |
