<p>In a warp of injected plastic is anchored a thread guide ring (10) which may be made of case-hardened or stainless steel. The anchoring is effected by molding the plastic material of the warp about the ring (10). The ring (10) may have a substantially half moon-shaped profil, the edges thereof being sunk into the plastic material to insure a passage without catching. The elongated parts (22, 24) and/or the region (16) of the ring (10) have a substantially ovale cross section. Such a warp presents the advantages of a metallic warp with regards to the wear of the ring and the advantages of a non metallic warp with regards to its light weight. </p> |
