The gloves have an overall coating on their inner and/or outer hand side to improve the grip characteristics. The coating consists of a mixture of PVC and latex foam capable of high frequency welding. The mixture should pref. contain a high proportion of latex foam and the smallest possible proportion of PVC so that high frequency welding remains possible. The coating is pref. profiled in different ways in different parts depending upon the different functions of each section of the gloves. The plams of the gloves pref. have circular shaped spaced grooves and a central circular recess.
