Toothpick having thin flexible rounded metal strip - esp. of copper, silver, or gold, perpendicular to handle

Tooth pick consists of a handle with a head piece at an angle from 90 - 135 degrees. A transition piece which can be plugged into the head piece is tapered down from a 4 x 2 mm section at the junction to 3 x 1 mm at the other end. It continues in a metal spring which is made of silver or gold in the de luxe version and of copper in the ordinary version. This tapers to a section of 2 x 0.1 mm with a large radius at the end. The blunt shape prevents damage to the gums. The action is more efficient than a conventional toothpick or a pin which often just jams the food remnants more tightly into the gap between the teeth.
