The ski is fitted with a device to limit or eliminate its oscillations. Oscillation deleters are positioned close to the front and rear ends of the ski in such a way that the desired optimum mass insertia momentum is attained round the vertical axis. The oscillation deleters each consist of a pot shaped housing in which a pre-tuned weight is held in a central position between two pressure springs.
