The ski stick has a tubular section with a handle which corresponds to the shape of the user's hand. At least that section of the pipe projecting from the grip handle has a balanced degree of curvature, with the stick curved in the direction of its movement. The maximum distance of the curved section to a straight line running through handle and point corresponds to either the diameter of the tube or twice that diameter.
