<p>The building panel is designed to provide good adhesion for rendering or plastering on its surface. There are a series of depressions (4) in the rendering-bearing surface on the panel (2) or on an additional layer applied to it. These depressions are covered by a wide-meshed weave (3) firmly anchored to the surface, and pref. protruding beyond one or more edges of the panel. This may be made of thin galvanised wire, pref. 0.10-0.30 mm. thick, or of plastic-reinforced jute, or glass fibre.</p> |
