<p>The grill for roasting, warming up or making toasts working on charcoal, gas or electricity or another appropriate fuel is different from those used hitherto in that the liquids such as oil, grease, juice or marinade are collected and removed away from the heat source. For this purpose, under each support (10) on which the object to be grilled lies, collecting and evacuation elements (7) as well as canals (11) are arranged. Openings (12) for the passage of the heat are arranged between the collecting and evacuation elements and the canals which cover them so that the heat from the heat source located underneath may flow the object to be grilled. By slightly inclining the grill, the collected liquid may be recovered, through the canal (11) into a collecting container (8) located at a distance from the heat source (3). </p> |
