Organic phosphoric acid ester derivatives represented by the formula (I): <CHEM> (R and R min being the same or different alkyl groups) have fungicidal, insecticidal and miticidal activity. Derivatives (I) can be prepared by reacting an 0-alkyl-S-alkyl thiophosphoric halide with a trifluoromethylphenoxyphenol and may be formulated in to compositions for use in controlling fungi, insects or mites.
