PURPOSE:To decrease the reflectance of visible light and form the antireflection film of high scratch resistance by providing a relatively thick layer of silicon dioxide or glass on a transparent synthetic resin layer then providing alternately four or more layers of ZrO2 layers and SiO2 layers. CONSTITUTION:For example, a spectacle lens 11 made of diethylene glycol carbonate is provided thereon with a SiO2 (or glass) layer 12 of a relatively thick film thickness (0.5-10mu), on which are then laminated SiO2 layers (refractive index 1.46) 13, 15, 17 and ZrO2 layers (refractive index 1.86) 14, 16, whereby the antireflection film is formed. For the resin of poor adhesion to SiO2 or glass, it is recommended to beforehand provide a layer of about 0.5-50mu in thickness by polyorganosilane base resin on its surface thence perform the abovementioned treatment. |
