PURPOSE:To enable to simple correspondence even if the shythesized transformation ratio and pulse constant are changed after installation, by providing the pulse number conversion circuit which multiplying the (synthesized transformation ratio/ pulse constant) with the number of pulses from the electric energy meter with transmitter. CONSTITUTION:The number of pulses inputted from the watt-hour meter with transmitter 3 and the (synthesized transformation ratio/pulse constant) set at the synthesized transformation ratio setter 4 and pulse constant setter 5 are multiplied with each other at the pulse number conversion circuit 6. The product between the sampling value DELTAW/DELTAt per unit hour of used electric power amount, and the remaining time (T-t) of the demand time T, and the output Wi of the present value counter 7 are added each other at the addition circuit 13. The added value WX is compared with the objective Wb of the objective value setter to interrupt or apply the load. The meter change can easily be achieved by changing the set value of the synthesized transformation ratio setter 4 and pulse constant setter 5. |
