<p>PURPOSE:To easily perform the joining process of the molded bodies of plastic and the like having good airtightness and appearance by electrically heating and applying pressure on the tips of the junction constituted by contacting a tip of a thermoplastic molding with a tip an another molded body. CONSTITUTION:A tip of the first molding molded out of thermoplastic material is provided with the extruded lines 4A, 4A having a square section respectively. To said tip 3 ae tip 5 of the second molding 2A, which in advance by grain raising processed and molded with non-metallic or metallic or metallic material, is joined thus to form the junction 6. Next, the side of the extruded line 4A is wound and fixed by the conductors 7, 7 of metallic mater material such as copper wire, nickrom wire. The conductors 7, 7 are conducted with electricity and heated. Simultaneously the exteriors of the tips 3, 5 of both moldings are pressed by a pressure means and the extruded line 4A is fused to completely fix the juction 6 thus completing the lap joining of the plate-shaped substances.</p> |
