The present invention provides .omega.-(arylsulfonamido) alkylamines having pharmaceutical properties of the formula R'-SO2NH(CH2)nNH2 ......... (I) wherein R' represents a halo-naphthyl group and n represents an integer of from 5 - 8 or pharmaceutically acceptable acid addition salts thereof. The compounds of formula I have a blood platelet aggregation inhibiting effect, and are preventive and therapeutic medicines for thrombosis in encephalo- and cardiovascular systems. The present invention also provides methods of preparation of the compounds of formula I.
