<p>NOZZLE DEVICE FOR THE PRODUCTION OF TEXTURISED FILAMENT YARNS The invention relates to a nozzle device for texturising filament yarns of synthetic, high molecular weight substances by means of a hot medium comprising heated gases or vapours, comprising three chambers arranged on after another, a first chamber through which the hot medium flows into a second chamber, the yarn being drawn into the second chamber at an angle to the direction of flow of the gaseous medium, the yarn being heated by the gaseous medium in the second chamber, and a third chamber in which the thread is compressed with the formation of plugs, the compression chamber being formed of a plurality of elastically flexible rods which are arranged on the surface of a right circular cylinder or a right circular truncated cone and fixed at one end on the end of the second chamber, the rods being of two different lengths.</p> |
