<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the deposition an adhesion of dust onto charger by arranging a charger and a filtering dust collector in such a way that the sucked dust is flowed from the upper part to the lower part in the charging portion and also from the lower part to the upper part in the dust collecting portion. CONSTITUTION:When a high voltage is applied to the charger 8 arranged in such a way that dust-containing air current flows vertically and the fan 16 is rotated by the motor 17, fine dust sucked with air from the duct 3 is introduced into the dust coolector 4 in a charged state, where it is coagulated and collected electrostatically through the filter 15 and then falls down by gravity or the vibration of the filter and the falling coarse dust deposits in the box 7 without polluting the charger and is taken out of the box periodically. Because the dust adhered to the discharge wire 11, the earthing pole 12, and the charging box wall 9 falls down by gravity and air current, special cleaner is not required and also a long-term maintenance of charging function is possible.</p> |
