PURPOSE:A device for measuring the amount of yarns processed, a calculator for the twisting number of yarns taken out of creel, a calculator for the revolution number of creels and a controller for revolution number of creels are provided to prevent the fluff formation and keep the twisting number of yarns constant because of high accurate measurement of twisting number of yarns taken out of creels. CONSTITUTION:Filament yarn 2 wound up on bobbin 1 is set on creel 4 that is driven by speed-variable motor 3 and taken out through guide 5 by drive station 6. At this time, the amount of filament yarn which is unwound from bobbin 1 and subjected to twisting is calculated by device for measuring the amount of yarn processed 7. Responding to the out-put single from device 7, calculator 13 calculates the twisting number of yarn 2 unwound from creel. Responding to the out-put signal from claculator 13, calculator 14 calculates the revolution number of creel required for giving a predermined twisting number to the yarn 2, whereby controller 17 controls the revolution number of creel. |
