<p>In the method, a braided tube (2) is pushed on to the strand ends (1) in each case before the strand ends (1) are inserted. This ensures in a simple and reliable way a highly uniform increase in diameter of the strand ends to be inserted and a firm support for the outer strands which absorbs very high pressures, and moreover it allows the rope to "breathe", that is to say any infiltrated moisture can escape, and the formation of condensation water is impossible. The formation of rust, even rust due to friction, is not promoted and, indeed, is even partially prevented. <IMAGE></p> |
