<p>PURPOSE:To raise the density of resin material forming a mouthpiece of a bottle and to strengthen the same by heating the mouthpiece of the bottle at a specified temperature and by crystalizing resin material. CONSTITUTION:In a position slightly sifted for right over the mouthpiece 2, polyethyleneterephtalateresin-made biaxial streching molded bottle 1, an ultrainfrared ray bar heater H is arranged. The bottle 1 is made by revolve being placed on a receiving jig 3, which is fixed on the top of a rotary axis 4 revolving at a fixed speed. As for the range of heating temperature and heating hour for crystalization, the heating temperature is about 140-170 deg.C, while the heating hour of about 4-8 minutes is appropriate, although there is some difference depending on the mouthpieth thickness and the surrounding temperature. The greatly improved density of resin material serves to the greatly improvement increazing resistance and to improving impact-and wear resistance and so forth.</p> |
