CONTROLLING METHOD OF SLURRY CONCENTRATION

PURPOSE:To supply a definite concentration of slurry to descaling device, etc., controlling the charging amount of a grinding material so as to keep the slurry level in a staged slurry supplier at a definite height all the time under the condition that the upward flow rate of water from the lower part is kept constant. CONSTITUTION:Under the condition that the upward flow rate v of water from the water feed pump 7 is kept constant, the slurry level 6 is detected by the level detector 11 and the driving motor 15 of the grinding material supply pump 14 is controlled through the control circuit 16, whereby the charging amount Q of the grinding material is regulated so as to keep the slurry level 6 at a definite height all the time. When the slurry feed pump 3 is operated under the condition to take out a definite amount of the slurry, a definite concentration of slurry can be automatically and continusouly supplied to the wet blast descaling device 9 all the time.
