<p>PURPOSE:To enhance heat resistance by depositing tetracarboxylic anhydride by vacuum evaporation or sublimation to a base plate, and depositing a diamine type colorant by vacuum evaporation or sublimation through a mask to this layer, and heating it. CONSTITUTION:The multicolor filter is manufactured by depositing the tetracarboxylic anhydride to the base plate 1 by vacuum evaporation or sublimation to form an extremely thin and uniform film, and depositing to this layer a diamine type colorant by vacuum evaporation or sublimation through a mask to this layer to selectively form the islands of the colorant, and repeating this process by the times of the number of necessary colors, and heating the base plate, thus permitting the dye molecules to be fitted into the skeleton of the polymer, and stabilized, and accordingly, superior heat resistance to be obtained.</p> |
