PURPOSE:To provide a toothpaste composition having high stability, containing dibasic calcium phosphate dihydrate and calcium carbonate as abrasive materials, by using a specific stabilizing agent, thereby enabling the use of the low-cost calcium carbonate. CONSTITUTION:A composition containing dibasic calcium phosphate dihydrate and calcium carbonate as abrasive component. The dibasic calcium phosphate is stabilized with a pyrophosphate stabilizer, and the composition is added with >=2wt%, based on the dibasic calcium phosphate dihydrate, of aluminum silicate and/or aluminum phosphate. In spite of the existence of calcium carbonate, the change of the dibasic calcium phosphate dihydrate into hydroxyapatite is suppressed, and the solidification and liquid-separation of the paste can be prevented. |
