PURPOSE:To obtain the subjected article in industrial advantages by forming thermoplastic resin surface marked in more than one colors into a desired shape having recessed groove previously established along color marked area and setting inversely in a mold for foamy article formation and injecting resin material thereinto. CONSTITUTION:Thermoplastic resin surface 3 marked in more than two colors is vacuum formed into a desired shape having a recessed groove 6 along color marked area by vacuum mold 5 having a groove 4 on upper side. Then the resin article 3 is set into a mold 7 for foamy article formation inversely and foamy article material such as foamy urethane material 8 and is covered by a cap 9. The material 8 foams and fills in the mold 7 and a projection 10 is pressed from both sides and closely contact. After foaming is completed, it is taken from the 7 and the ariticle having surface marked in two colors polyurethane foam in inner side is obtained. |
