Novel carbaminic acid phenyl esters of the general formula <IMAGE> are described, in which R1 is C1-C2-alkoxy-C1-C2-alkyl, di-C1-C2-alkoxy-C1-C2-alkyl, cyano-C1-C2-alkyl, halogen-C1-C2-alkyl, phenyl-C1-C2-alkyl, 1,3-dioxolan-2-yl-methyl, 2-methyl-1,3-dioxolan-4-yl-methyl, 2,2-dimethyl-1,3-dioxolan-4-yl-methyl or aminocarbonylmethyl; R2 is phenyl optionally mono- or disubstituted by one or more substituents selected from the group consisting of halogen, methyl and methoxy; and R3 is C1-C8 alkyl, C2-C8 alkenyl, cyclopropyl or trichloromethyl, or R1 is methyl or ethyl, R2 is alpha -cyanobenzyl or 1-cyano-2-phenylethyl and R3 is ethyl. |
