PURPOSE:To decrease the saturation voltage between the collector emitters and enhance the insulation characteristics of the output transistor connecting the switching element in parallel with the base capacitor in the horizontal exciting circuit of TV receiver. CONSTITUTION:NPN type base current control transistor 5's collector emitter passage is connected in series to the resistance 4 connected to the capacitor 3 in parallel. These emitter, collector, base are respectively connected to the base of the output transistor 2, the emitter of the exciting transistor, and the circuit generating pulse of the same phase as the oscillating output pulse. The pulse impressed to the base of the transistor 5 makes the transistor 5 conductive during the forward direction and if the base resistance is small, the forward current is increased. During the reverse direction, the insulation condition is brought and the electric charge of the capacitor 3 is discharged between the exciting emitter resistance 6, the transistor 2's base and emitter. Thus, during return period, the output transistor 2 can be fully excited in an insulation condition. |
