PURPOSE:To obtain the strip having no oxidation film and unnecessary to reheat for over aging, by hardening in warm water at a stationary state heating more than recrystallizing temperature and heightening quenching stop temperature and then, carrying out over aging treatment in the atmosphere gas containing H2 at the above temperature, at the time of carrying out continuous annealing of the strip. CONSTITUTION:Strip is uniformly heated at more than recrystalization temperature in annealing furnace at the time of carrying out continuous annealing of the strip. The above strip is hardened in warm water at not less than 50 deg.C in stationary state as well as possible from the temperature more than 550 deg.C without using underwater spray. Then, the above strip is extracted from the warm water at 300-500 deg.C of quenching stop temperature and aging treatment is carried out in the atmosphere gas mixed H2 gas not less than 10% without reheating at this temperature. Good shaped strip having nearly no oxidation film, is obtained. On this occasion, reheating for over aging treatment is unnecessary. |
