PURPOSE:To easily and surely perform the inclination adjustment of a total reflecting mirror with simple constitution by arranging the total reflecting mirrors on different levels by inclining in the progressive direction of a laser beam. CONSTITUTION:At the time of stopping the light intensity of the laser beam on a projecting plane by dividing into three, the laser beam 5a with strong light intensity and the laser beams 5b and 5c with weak light intensity emitted from a laser oscillator are total-reflected on the total reflecting mirrors (4a-4c) arranged on different levels, respectively obliquely in the progressive direction of the laser beam. By adjusting the inclination of those mirrors (4a-4c), the laser beams with constant intensity distribution are stopped by a projecting laser being superposed collapsibly on a rectangular projecting plane 6, then, projected. By employing simple constitution to apply only one time of total reflection, a laser beam arranging device in which the inclination adjustment of the total reflecting mirror can be performed easily and surely can be obtained. |
