Bulk goods loosening process used in silos - uses balanced airflow introduced from below to facilitate pouring and storage of flour

The system is used for conveying goods in powder form from silos. It is used esp. for bulk goods with poor pouring characteristics and to improve the storage for goods such as flour which has only limited storage capability. The bulk goods stored in the silo are loosened by air pressure introduced from below and supplied at set intervals. The whole of the bulk goods column stored within the middle area of the silo including the corners areas in the case of square or rectangular silo construction are ventilated and loosened by the same air flow. The air pressure introduced below the lower goods loosening area between the silo floor (11) and the ventilation loosening floor (21) receives a fully equalised distribution before its entry into the bulk goods to be loosened.
