Twisting machine spool mounting - has a safety unit ranging into ballooning path

In the mounting for spools in a cable twisting, or other twisting machine, the spool carrier is in a floating mounting in a rotating rotor and there is a safety unit to protect the spool sleeve. The unlocked safety unit ranges into the ballooning path of the material and/or in the rotor's rotary path. The design gives a safety unit which requires no keys or other aids, but is secure and each spool is firmly locked in operation.
