The anchorage pin (4) which is preferably intended for a nail-like implant (2) comprises, in a first region facing the nail head (2), a conical basic shape (5) with fine teeth (8) and, in an adjacent part, a "cylindrical" end region (7) having at least one tooth-like displacement body (10). The conical region serves to hold the pin (4) in the cortical tissue (6), whereas the "cylindrical" region (7) ensures anchorage in the spongiosa (9). The volumes of the teeth (8 and 10) are approximated to the different densities of the two types of tissue (6 and 9, respectively) in inverse ratio. <IMAGE>
