<p>The multi-hole injection nozzle is for direct-injection compression-ingnition engines. A boss on a non-rotating needle valve protrudes below the valve seat into an accumulation chamber, in which it is a clearance fit, and has a chamber. There is a preliminary injection nozzle hole (14) which is permanently connected to the chamber (12) while the boss (4) controls a main injection hole (15), connecting this to the chamber immediately after preliminary injection.</p> |
