The installation is used for continuous and equal distribution of a loose material on to a straight track of fixed length. The installation includes a conveyor the upper part of which is shaped like a parallello-piped and bordered in its lower section by two inclined side walls directed towards the centre as well as having two almost vertically extending front or rear walls. The side and front or rear walls form an elongated rectangular outlet opening at their lower sides which corresponds to the straight track on which the loose material is to be unloaded. The conveyor has at the centre a channel extending at an incline which can be placed into a rotation at a uniform angular speed and which is supplied from above by a short cone shaped filler funnel.
