PURPOSE:To get a small quantity of variable kinds of containers thick in thickness, at low cost and easily by heating synthetic resin intermediate article through a fixation jigs mounted in the intermediate article, and thereafter jetting compressed air from a ventilation hole disposed on the fixation jig. CONSTITUTION:A synthetic resin container intermediate article smaller than the article to be obtained is produced and a fixation jig 2 is disposed therein and the intermediate article 1 is heated over heat deformation temperature of the synthetic resin to a desired temperature lower than its decomposition temperature through the fixation jig by a heater 3. Then, after the opening of the intermediate article is sealed by a sealer 5, compressed air is supplied by a hose 5b though a ventilation hole 5a and jetted into the inner surface of the intermediate article through a ventilation hole 2a of the fixation jig 2 and expand the intermediate article 1 to press to the inner surface of a female mold 4. Thus, from the intermediate article of same form, such article that form of bottom is larger than that of opening or articles having side roughness can be produced. |
