The wound roving packages are removed by disengaging the packages from their respective drive mechanism and transporting them to a discharge station by means of a conveyor moving along the length of the frame in a space right above the drive mechanism. The device is consisted of upper rail(4), flyer(40), yarn package(62), bobbin holder(115), lower frame body (44), bobbin rail(45), guide bar(64), stopper piece(72), stopper(67) and bottom frame body(66).
