<p>PURPOSE:To surely stop the tape automatically at a desired position at reproduction and to block unnecessary automatic stop at recording, by blocking the operation stop instruction caused by the control means in response to the electric display of amount of tape running at recording. CONSTITUTION:The amount of tape running is displayed on the display unit 8 via the direction of rotation discrimination circuit 5 and up down counter 6, and the display resetting the counter 6 via the switch S1 is zero at the desired tape position, and the logic discrimination circuit 10 produces stop instruction. Then, the tape is stopped with over run, reproduction operation instruction is made at rewinding before stop, rewinding operation instruction if fast feed, and reproduction operation instruction is made at stop after re-over running. In either case, when the display is zero at reproduction, the tape is quickly and surely stopped automatically with the stop signal by the control means of the circuit 10. On the other hand, the circuit 10 is controlled with the operation instruction from the operation mode instruction circuit 11, the output of the stop operation instruction caused at required time from the control means of the circuit 10 is blocked at recording and unnecessary automatic stop of tape is not made at recording.</p> |
