Concrete component temperature control system - guides medium at desired temperature along underside of horizontal mould plate

The system controls the temperature of a concrete component cast on a horizontal plate. A medium at the desired temperature is guided along the underside of the plate, so as to come into contact with virtually its entire surface directly. The difference in medium temperature between supply and discharge points is kept within 5 deg.C. Water can be used as the medium, delivered at between 70 and 80 deg.C., and during the operation the plate can be prestressed by exerting a tension load on it.
