A reducer-carrying cap, cover, applicator spout or other part, comprising a cap member open at the top which is moulded in one piece with the reducer, cover, applicator spout or other part, the lid plate of the cap being moulded simultaneously with a hinge operated at 180 DEG or alternatively, the lid plate is moulded so as to be subsequently fitted to the cap member, this may be effected by ultrasonic welding.
