ADSORPTION COLUMNS FOR USE IN RADIOIMMUNOASSAYS

Absorption columns are provided which can be utilized in radioimmunoassay systems, such as those involving the separation of antibody-antigen complexes from free antigens. The preparation of the columns includes the treatment of retaining substrate material to render it hydrophilic, preparation and degassing of the separation material and loading the column.
