<p>PURPOSE:To make it possible to perform injection molding which has scarecely deformation or irregularities of dimension, by placing several tension travelling bodies corresponding to the molding material so that they can travel freely, on the truck which travels in the direction of injection, holding several pieces of injection molding material, and pulling and reforming it in accordance with the injection speed of each molding material. CONSTITUTION:For instance, 4 pieces of bar molding material 4 which has been injected at first from the injection machine 1 are stopped once at the position of the cutter 6, and are held by four clamps 18a of the truck 9 after the front end parts are cut in order. Although the truck moves forward to the right at a regular speed synchronizing with reopening of the injection molding, the injection length of each molding material becomes uneven due to irregular precision of the dies hole 3. In case the molding material is short, the tension travelling body 13 is stopped and pulled by the truck, therefore it is reformed to the regular length. On the other hand, in case the molding material is long, the tension travelling body travels in the drection of injection on the truck, therefore it becoms straight since deformation is reformed by the pulling tension.</p> |
