PURPOSE:To make efficiently a diffusing connection through a heat treatment after airtight closing by interposing junction metal with a fixed fusion point in the interference clearance of a metal material while arranging a substance, forming hydride, in a space next to the clearance. CONSTITUTION:Between base-material steel plate 1 and matching material 3, junction metal plate 2 of a lower fusion point than that of the above-mentioned material is interposed and on matching material 3, pressure feed slab 5 is arranged via exfoliating material 4. In concave parts 7 formed in the top of slab 5, not less than one kind of substance (gas absorptive substance) 8 is contained which products hydride, oxide and nitride, and those are installed in container 6 for sealding, thereby sealing part 9. Next, the above-mentioned assembly is heated up to a high temperature where junction metal 2 is fused while both raw materials 1 and 3 sandwiching it is never fused, thereby carrying out diffusion and connection. |
