PURPOSE:To place meat dumplings (Chinese dumpling stuffed with minched pork) in a row on a moving conveyor without deforming their shapes, and to facilitate the subsequent packaging process, by the use of reciprocally rotating transfer device which receives the formed dumpling at the upper position and delivers to the conveyor belt at the lower position. CONSTITUTION:A piece of pastry for the Chinese meat dumpling is sucked in a mold 45 of a rotary dumpling-froming device 36, and turned to the position just below the feeder 62 of the minched pork. The dumpling stuffed with the minched pork and formed is turned to the position just above a transfer device 91, and sucked with the device by the action of vacuum. The device transfers the dumpling from the upper position to the lower position, and delivers to a moving conveyor belt by blowing air through suction holes 92. After the delivery, the transfer means is turned upward to receive the next dumpling. |
