<p>PURPOSE:To automatically execute the format conversion processing and the transmission of data of NC machines whose specifications are different from each other by providing a transmission control port managing part, a reception control port managing part, a format converting part, etc. CONSTITUTION:NC data P-1 which is generated by an NC machine tool NC-1 is received by a reception control port managing part 21 of a DNC controller 20, and its transmission from the machine NC-1 is recognized and stored. Subsequently, a data request command PR-n from an NC machine tool NC-n is received, and it is recognized and stored that said command is a request from the machine NC-n. Next, the data P-1 is converted to a format of the machine NC-n whose specifications are different by a data managing part 12, a memory control part 13, a converting part 22, etc. and transmitted to the machine NC-n through a transmission control port managing part 23. In such a way, the data format conversion and the transmission of the NC machine whose specifications are different are executed automatically, the data generation time is shortened and the man-hour can be reduced remarkably.</p> |
