The amplifier has two stages, and the negative feed-back connects the amplifier output to its input. A part of the output current of an active component in the last amplifier stage flows into the negative feed-back circuit, and the other part into the amplifier output. The active component (C1) of the last stage (C1, C2) is followed by a further active component (C2). A set potential difference is applied to one of the active elements (C1, C2). The active elements (C1, C2) are transistors with multiple-collectors. These transistors are of similar or difference conductivity. The active element is a transistor (C1) with a triple-collector. The first collector, directly, and the second collector via an RC-stage, are connected to the amplifier input, while a fixed voltage is applied across the third collector.
|
