PURPOSE:To prevent the stratification of an electrolyte by using a porous body made of a specific quantity of acid-resistant inorganic powder and a specific quantity of one or multiple types of acid-resistant and oxidation-resistant synthetic fibers as an electrolyte holder. CONSTITUTION:A porous body made of acid-resistant inorganic powder 40-65wt.% and one or multiple types of acid-resistant and oxidation-resistant synthetic fibers 35-60wt.% is used as an electrolyte holder. An electrolyte is uniformly held by the electrolyte holder, the concentration distribution and quantity of the electrolyte are hardly made nonuniform, thus the stratification or the electrolyte can be prevented. The peeling off of an active material or the like can be prevented. |
