<p>Plate-shaped solar collector comprises a box-type casing with a top screen layer transparent to sunlight; a spaced-apart absorber surface defining, together with the screen layer, an enclosed space; and a pipeline for a heat-carrying fluid, in heat-conductive connection with the absorber surface. The casing has 2 flanges each of which overlaps an adjacent solar collector or some roofing element, much like roofing tiles laid in known manner. The collector, as claimed is made of plastics material, except the absorber layer. The plastics is pref. a casting resin. The absorber surface is pref. of eloxated Al.</p> |
